COMMUNICATIONS

1.) Communications will take place on any of my socials linked below- whichever is more convenient for you. Likewise, I will also send you updates via my socials.

DRAWING CONDITIONS

1.) I will draw fanart, OCs, memes, and the like.

*Slight NSFW / NFSusW/ suggestive artworks are alright with me as long as there is no explicit portrayal of genitalia. *

2.) I will not draw anything that has too much gore, nsfw, detailed mecha, and hyperrealistic art styles.

If you're not sure whether or not your commission falls through any of these categories, feel free to reach out to me via anyof my socials.

3.) I will draw in my own art style/s, as provided in the samples.

4.) References are highly encouraged. Please send as much references as you can.

5.) For additional characters/ complex backgrounds/ designs, I will charge additional fees.

PAYMENT

1.) Payment will be done via Gcash (PH) or Paypal (International).

2.) After approving the sketches, clients have the option to either pay full, or pay half of the commission.

3.) Should the commissionee pay half first, the gdrive containing the finished commissions will not be sent unless the client finishes paying the remaining half of the commission.

REVISIONS

1.) A maximum of 3 MAJOR REVISIONS can be made when I'm doing the sketch.

"Major revisions" refer to revisions and changes to the overall look/ design/ pose of the artwork.

2.) Afterwards, a maximum of 3 MINOR REVISIONS can be made per part of the process. (lineart, coloring and rendering)

"Minor revisions" refer to more specific details/ revisions that can be done without having to apply major fixes that might have to involve redrawing large parts of the artwork/ redrawing the entire art from scratch.

Examples of Minor revisions include changing the color of a certain part, adding various special effects, minimal redrawing of some parts of the artwork.

USE OF ILLUSTRATIONS

1.) By default, all commissioned artworks here are FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.

"Personal use" refers to non-profit usage of the artworks such as posting in social media (or like a meme/ joke) , using as a wallpaper.

2.) FOR COMMERCIAL USE, clients have to pay AT LEAST + 50% of the Commission.

This price can vary depending on how the art is used, so please let the artist know if you want to buy the copyright/ use the art for commercial use.

"Commercial use" refers to for profit/ advertising/ promotional uses of the artwork

*Clients will have to pay an additional fee for commercial use of artworks/illustrations/animations commissioned that will be used for streaming purposes (ex. streaming assets, youtube thumbnails, for use as merch, etc.)

By default, Emotes can be used on stream/ on private servers as is, WITHOUT paying the additional FEE for commercial use- EXCEPT if they will be used as MERCH.

3.) Under any circumstances, DO NOT use my art for GENERATIVE AI/ TRAINING AI DATA SETS/ FOR NFTs/ CRYPTO- regardless of whether or not you paid for commercial use, I DO NOT CONENT to having my artworks used for these purposes.
